Bathroom Fittings in situ
As you can see, this client's bathroom taps were in need of refurbishment. They were in a sorry state but because the client had spent alot of money buying them 10 years ago and the bath panel was tiled, it would be more costly in the long run to change all the taps and re-tile.
The client commissioned Gold On The Tyne to electro-eplate the taps in situ in 24-carat gold. Bath and basin taps were plated without removal.
The result - one happy customer!

The story of the Great Northern Run
We were approached by a client who managed a great personal achievement for a very good charitable cause. On completion of the gruelling half-marathon he was handed a plastic bag which contained his medal. A little disappointed of the condition of the medal, which was made of very cheap pewter metal, he wanted that little extra sparkle to showcase his great achivement. He contacted Gold On The Tyne where we suggested we would electroplate the item in 24ct gold. Our client was extremely happy with the end result and now has a medal worthy of his efforts.
